UNDASA Project Partners

We are an Exempted Micro Enterprises, BBBEE Level 1, offering a wide range of services that cover complete project lifecycle needs. Specialising in township services, civil, infrastructure planning, human settlements, transport, water, environmental, project and construction management and town planning.

With our head office in Umhlanga, we are a local engineering and project management consultancy service provider with a combined experience of >100 years in the design and construction of civil engineering infrastructure.

We deliver safe and cost-efficient design solutions, focused on client deliverables, maximising EPWP outputs and enhancing social justice to communities.

Our philosophy is to develop solutions that provide benefits to society and promote environmental sustainability, rather than conventional design solutions. Our goals focus on three key areas:

  • Projects sustainability
  • Client obtaining value to money with the focus on deliverables within budget and fast-tracking outputs
  • Social/community sustainability

We have a close working relationship with our academic institutions in the province and frequently partner with them to grow the capacity in the engineering sector locally.

We would like to build the technical capacity of the department, as it is beneficial for our clients and stakeholders, and would like to provide the institution with the support that it has gained from its previous mentors (Former KZNDOT Engineering Service Heads), who served for >35years respectively at KZNDOT.

We have four students in training from the two local universities of technology.

Within the field of the built environment, we are a proud and active member of: CESA, SAICE, SARF, IMESA, Pavement Forum, SABITA, SATC

We the following software on projects relating to large works for roads: Auto CAD Civil 3d, Model Maker, Roadmaker, Pipe Maker, Civil Designer, Aimsun, HEC RAS, Rubicon, Prokon, DHM 4, Inventor, Revit structures, GIS.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

We have aligned our quality management system (QMS), policies, processes, procedures and reporting in line with SIPDM (National Treasury Standard for Infrastructure Procurement and Delivery Management), in order to achieve client objectives and reporting efficiently.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC INITIATIVES

We contribute toward socio-economic initiatives that are geared towards projects that will provide benefit to the community. These initiatives can be in terms of providing education (bursaries, school material), food, motivation speakers, career guidance etc, to contribute to their wellbeing and development.

We create accessibility, mobility, employment and education opportunities through innovative design solutions.
